To place your order, click on the desired item and enter the quantity that you need. Then click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can review your shopping cart at any time. Additional items may be added as you continue shopping. Upon completion of your order, you can review at check-out. You will have the opportunity to edit your order during the check-out process. If you prefer, you can place your order by phone at 951-782-9595, 9:00am - 5:00pm (PST) M-F, or by fax at 951-782-9563. Please list the item description and quantity when placing your order by fax. Order Cancellation

Your order may be cancelled or adjusted provided that the order has not been processed for shipment. Our goal is to process your order and ship immediately. Most items will ship from our facility within 3 - 5 business days . . . however, some orders will ship quicker! We cannot cancel orders once they have been sent to our shipping department. Please see instructions regarding returns in the event that you receive an order that you needed to cancel.

Sales Tax

Free Shipping is only for within US customer. Free shipping offer does not apply to APO & FPO addresses.House To Home ships via UPS Ground and USPS to the entire United States, its territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgins, and overseas military APO/FPO addresses.

Most items will ship from our facility in Riverside, CA within 3-4 business days and should arrive in 4-7 business days. Please allow adequate time in transit for items to reach you. Should your order be delayed, customer service will notify you via email or telephone.

Items shipped to APO-FPO and Canada addresses are shipped Parcel Post via USPS and may take up to 21 days to be delivered.

If you provided an email address when you placed your order, a shipment notification and tracking number will be emailed to you at the time your order ships. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items carefully. All claims for damage incurred during shipping must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.

House To Home Return Policy

Bedsheet.com takes great pride in the quality and workmanship of the products that we provide. Our goal is to provide you with a product that you are completely satisfied with. However, we do realize that from time to time you may need to return an item. In the event the need arises to return an item simply follow the steps below. Feel confident knowing that your return will be given the same prompt, courteous service that your order received.

  1. Any item in new, sale able condition can be returned to us for exchange or refund. (Please note: Items that have been made to a custom sizes are not returnable.) New and unused means sale able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indications that it has been used.Include all packaging. Please do not staple, tape, or write on the packaging.
  2. To help expedite the returns process, we ask that prior to returning items, that you obtain a Return Authorization number. This will allow our returns department to identify and account for any open or missing returns. Contact our customer service department for assignment of an RA number (please have your order number available to expedite this process). Fill in the assigned RA number on the return label that has been provided with your shipment and affix it to the carton.
  3. You may return items through the carrier of your choice. Our returns department cannot accept any COD or postage due deliveries. Ship all returns to the following address:

If you feel you have received an item in error, or that an item is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. We will make every effort to rectify the problem in a timely manner.

Please allow 7 -14 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been inspected and processed, credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for your credit to show on your credit card billing statement. Please note that if an item was shipped to you with free freight, the actual cost of the outgoing freight will be deducted from any credit issued + 15% restocking fee may apply.

Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred by House to Home/bedsheet.com
